RESERVATION POLICIES:

For products reserved, you will get the product in the specified time, or I will give you a refund. Email Joe@TheSpotofJoe.com with any questions or concerns.

CANCELLATION/Refund POLICY:

Cancellation can be requested for any physical product. I cannot guarantee a cancellation is possible but I will do what I can.

Refunds are given for incomplete or damaged physical orders and non-delivered digital/service orders after the specified time frame only.

Apart from inability to deliver within the specified time frame, sales for non-physical products such as digital products and services are final.

Your information such as email, address, name etc. will only be used for the purposes you expressly give them to us for (to send you a product or service, and to send you regular newsletters depending on where you gave the information on the site.)

We will never sell or give away your information for other purposes without your expressly written consent.
