Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.
• Conditions: All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including any accompanying items such as thank-you notes, keychains, or other accessories. All tags must remain attached, and the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• Return Fee: A return processing fee of ₹100 will be charged for all returns to cover handling and shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are offered free of charge. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Undergarments, swimwear, or other items that are deemed non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Final sale or clearance items

For items that are non-returnable, customers will be informed during the purchasing process and notified before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, and any return or exchange fees will be waived. Kindly provide proof of damage or error within 48 hours of delivery.
